What I Learned in 2015

As we wrap up the end of 2015, (only 5 days left!) I want to reflect on what I’ve learned this year. This year came with lots of changes: I graduated high school, I traveled throughout Europe for 3 weeks, I went off to college, we added a new member to our family, and my grandfather turned 80.

Whoa.

Despite all of the major life changes that happened this year, there were lots of smaller transitions as well. I learned who my true friends were, what it means to be my best self, and how to lead a healthier lifestyle both mentally and physically. I was inspired to reflect on the changes that occurred in my life this year through Leo Babauta, the author of one of my favorite blogs, Zen Habits. For anyone who is interested in improving your  lifestyle through meditation, thoughtfulness, or overall mental health, I highly recommend Leo’s site. Zen Habits has brought me clarity and peacefulness, which I believe to be a priceless gift.

I wish you all the best as we transition into a wonderful new year!
